Campfire-Grilled Brie

This appetizer/snack seems almost too good for a camping trip, yet it is very easy to make. The worst part is the scrubbing of the pan afterwords ;)

Place the whole wheel of Brie in a pan. Then you can surround it with cut-up vegetables of your choice. Peppers (sweet or hot), garlic, asparagus and zuccini are all good choices. If you want them to be well roasted, you may have to roast them beforehand and then put them in the pan with cheese. Add some butter or olive oil to the pan and cover with aluminum foil.

Now place the pan over the campfire (or the grill). Grill till the brie center melts-you can poke it with a toothpick (or any clean stick) to check if it is done.

Serve immidiately while it is still warm.
