Hello yall,

My name is Heidi. I have a great husband and 3 great(sometimes) boys, Brett just turned 12 Sunday, Hunter will be 9 in September and Lukas who is 6. We went camping over the weekend for Bretts birthday and everyone had a blast even though the three kids and my aunt went home Saturday night because of the rain. I had not been camping for about 10 years( Brett was crawling). The kids and I went and set up on Thursday evening. Then on Friday my aunt and Kevin(my husband) came down after work. We went swimming, bike riding and all that good stuff. Saturday came along and the campground friends, we having a summer fun day. They had games, prizes for everyone who played, and they even had the county sheriff come out and they took down information on the kids and took their weight, height and all that and then took there picture and their thumb print and printed out 2 id cards per kid. They are very nice. They are like driver licenses not paper.

After all that we went swimming at the beach. On our way back it started to pour down rain. It rained so much that my aunt had water that was probably about 6 inches around the back of her tent and about 3 inches deep in the front, and a little in her tent. The air bed were wet and everything. But all in all we did have a lot of fun. We are trying to plan a big camping trip sometime in September for the whole family to go. Happy Camping to everyone!
